Google launches SCIN dataset for training AI on common skin diseases
Google recently partnered with Stanford University's School of Medicine to collect photos of skin disorders across a wide range of skin colors and body parts to create the "SCIN dataset" for AI training, which is said to be "made entirely from photos submitted by volunteers using the web" and therefore is said to "reflect common skin problems".
