AI sound infringement case

On December 12, the Beijing Internet Court formed a five-member panel for the first time to publicly hear the country's first "AI voice infringement case" in accordance with the law. The plaintiff Yin Moumou is a dubbing professional and has recorded many audio works. Yin Moumou accidentally discovered that his voice was AI-ized and sold on an APP called "Magic Sound Workshop" under the name of "Magic Xiaoxuan".
