Reuters report: Consumers are skeptical of news content created by AI, and nearly 60% of people are concerned about false information
The Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism today released its annual Digital News Report, which notes that growing global concerns about the use of AI in news production and misinformation are creating new challenges for newsrooms already struggling to engage audiences. The annual report launched a survey of nearly 100,000 people in 47 countries or territories and concluded that consumers are skeptical of news content produced using AI.
