Silicon Valley startup d-Matrix on Tuesday announced the start of shipments of its first artificial intelligence chip aimed at providing services such as chatbots and video generation. d-Matrix has raised more than $160 million (currently about Rs 1,158 million) in funding so far, including an investment from Microsoft's venture capital arm.
