On March 29, at the 2025 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Meeting of Artificial Intelligence Leading Talent Development Forum, Haidian District launched the "Zhongguancun AI Beiwei Community", in which the enterprises can enjoy rent reduction, industrial policy, talent support and enterprise service empowerment, and all-around support for the development of AI startups. For qualified AI startups, a three-year lease contract can be signed, and three types of support can be provided: high-level universities, research institutes and new R&D institutions and other scientific and technological achievements transformation projects for a maximum of three years free of rent; the first two years of the newly-added enterprises are free of rent, and the third year is reduced by half; and the first year of the enterprises in the region is free of rent, and the second year is reduced by half. In addition, 1,000 sets of boutique talent apartments in the surrounding area provide sufficient support for the enterprises in the park. (Interface News)
