Samsung plans to unveil a new smart refrigerator with AI Family Hub+ at CES (Consumer Electronics Show) next January that will offer new AI features. These features include an internal camera that recognizes individual food items and an app that can recommend recipes based on inventory. Users can mirror their Galaxy phone's display to the 32-inch Family Hub touchscreen, while the Samsung Food app can connect to Samsung Health Profile and tailor recipes to dietary needs. In addition, the smart fridge has an "Image to Recipe" feature that recognizes meals and foods in photos and generates recipes. There is also a "personalization" feature that customizes recipes based on dietary preferences such as gluten-free, fish-free, dairy-free and vegetarian.
