Microsoft, Google, OpenAI and other giants pledge to develop generative AI measures to properly protect children's health

Behind the boom in generative AI, the question of how best to keep children safe is increasingly important.Microsoft,Googlerecently issued a press release.Announced a partnership with Thorn and All Tech Is Human organizations working to implement strong child safety measures in their generative AI technologies. 

Thorn, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing technology that protects children from sexual abuse, and All Tech Is Human, an organization focused on developing and strengthening the responsible tech ecosystem, both announced partnerships with Amazon, Anthropic, Civitai, Google, Meta, Metaphysical, Microsoft, and Mistral AI,OpenAI Partner with tech giant companies like Stability AI to develop a strong commitment to child safety in the development of generative AI technologies.

The aforementioned companies have committed to developing generative AI technologies in the course ofwill prevent the generation and distribution of child sexual abuse material (AIG-CSAM) and other content that harms children.
