Indiafirst place AI Teacher Iris recently took up her post and hopes to change the learning experience of students.Improve students' mastery and application of knowledge through entertaining learning.
Iris is a humanoid artificial intelligence developed by Makerlabs Edutech Pte Ltd in collaboration with Attar Tinkering Labs (ATL) to assist teachers in classroom instruction. Unlike traditional robots, Iris does not replace teachers but acts as an assistive tool to provide an interactive learning experience that caters to different learning styles.
Iris has now been assigned to the KTCT Senior High School in the coastal Indian city of Thiruvananthapuram, which local officials consider an important milestone in the field of education.
Equipped with advanced interactive features, Iris is equipped with wheels to move around and effectively interact with students. It supports communication in three different languages and handles complex questions raised by students.
