Google Gemini now supports fine-tuning: you can regenerate, shorten, and expand specified chat content

Google recently updated Gemini to allow users to modify specific parts of their replies with just a few clicks.

In the past, users had to regenerate the entire reply, but this is no longer necessary. Just select the part of the reply you want to modify and click the pencil icon to edit it. IT Home attaches a screenshot as follows:

After the user clicks the icon, he can ask Gemini to executeRegenerate, shorten, expand, and remove operations.

Users can also apply hints to selected text and make changes accordingly. Of course, reverting changes is just as easy and only requires a single click.
