Microsoft GitHub Copilot Enterprise Edition is now available for $39 per person per month

In a blog post, GitHub detailed how the new enterprise version differs from the standard GitHub Copilot and GitHub Copilot Business services launched last December. One of the differences is that GitHub Copilot Enterprise will be personalized based on each company's code base and knowledge base to answer questions related to it.

Additionally, GitHub Copilot Enterprise supports pull request descriptions and summaries, as well as chat support for general coding issues.

GitHub also mentioned that the enterprise version has added support for Microsoft's Bing search engine. This feature is currently in the beta stage available to subscribers, allowing users to obtain the latest software and coding information. GitHub Copilot Enterprise is priced at US$39 per person per month (currently about RMB 281).

GitHub also released the results of a six-month survey with Accenture on the use of the Copilot tool. The study showed that among the 450 Accenture developers who used GitHub Copilot, 94% said they spent less time on repetitive tasks, and 90% said they spent less time retrieving project information.

It is worth mentioning that GitHub still offers a personal version of Copilot service for $10 per month or $100 per year, with a free trial. GitHub Business subscribers pay $19 per person per month.
