Each year, no more than five qualified open source communities and open source ecology centers will be supported on the basis of merit, and will be granted a maximum of RMB 8 million at a rate not exceeding 30% of their audited operating expenses in the previous year.
(viii) To attract and educate high-level leading talents.Focusing on the development needs and key tasks of the artificial intelligence and robotics industry, support enterprises to introduce and cultivate a batch of innovative leaders and young top talents with outstanding technological innovation ability and good at solving complex engineering and technological problems. Support colleges and universities to carry out high-level discipline construction in the field of artificial intelligence and robotics, further strengthen the independent cultivation of talents, and accelerate the creation of an army of talents in the artificial intelligence and robotics industry. Encourage relevant cities and municipalities to introduce special policies for talents in the artificial intelligence and robotics industry.
IX. Strengthening industrial investment and financing.Set up an artificial intelligence and robotics industry fund in the provincial industrial development investment fund cluster, unite relevant cities and municipalities to guide social capital around the key core areas of the artificial intelligence and robotics industry chain, focus on investing in early, small, long term and hard science and technology, innovate the fund management mechanism, and strengthen the fault-tolerance mechanism centered on the exemption of the responsibility for due diligence and compliance.
