China Academy of Information and Communications Technology Launches Specialized Evaluation of Personal Information and User Rights Protection for Generative AI Products and Services

The assessment mainly applies toFor general users AIGC Products & Servicesproviders, such as those that provideIntelligent Dialogue, Emotional Companionship, Smart Office, etc.Generative AI App or Intelligent Body that provides services such as voice dialog, intelligent invocation, task execution, and other AI terminals.

The assessment is based on the relevant standards and is divided into three levels, covering 32 competencies and 114 specific requirements.

  • Protect the base type:Focusing on proactive notification to users, data processing, service experience, etc., we assessed nine aspects of capacity and 30 specific requirements.
  • Conservation-friendly:On top of the basic type, we focus on user rights response, output management, etc., evaluating 19 aspects of capacity and 53 specific requirements.
  • Protection Excellence Type:On top of the friendly type, focusing on training data construction, model training management, secondary development management, supply chain management, etc., the assessment of 32 aspects of capabilities, 114 specific requirements.
