OpenAI On December 3, an announcement was made thatwill be constructing a new office in Zurich, the first time the company hasSwitzerlandEstablished a base with the goal of further expanding into the European market.
OpenAI is expanding globally, with plans to open new offices in a number of cities, including New York, Seattle, Brussels, Paris and Singapore, as well as existing offices in London and Tokyo.
And Zurich has become an important technology center in Europe, with renowned research institutions such as ETH Zurich, which has attracted many technology companies to set up R&D centers here.
OpenAI has also recruited Lucas Beyer, Alexander Kolesnikov and Xiaohua Zhai, three AI experts from Google DeepMind, to advance the development of multimodal AI.
