Foxconn plans to build world's largest NVIDIA GB200 AI chip manufacturing facility in Mexico

According to a Reuters report today,FoxconnBenjamin Ting, Senior Vice President, announced at 2024 Hon Hai Technology Day thatFoxconn is planning toMexicoBuilding the world's largestNvidia GB200 chipmanufacturing plant, though he did not disclose exactly where the facility would be built.

Foxconn, currently a major supplier to Apple, is expanding its business to make other electronics. The new plant is being built in Mexico, where the capacity will be "very, very large".
