1.21b New version optimization
Intel says that in the latest 1.21b release, it has introduced a new theme and look for the Intel Core Ultra 200V family of processors, expanded to add a new large language model, and now supports Phi3, Qwen2, and Mistral models, among others.

- LLM Selector:Added Phi3, Qwen2, and Mistral LLM model selection with support for user-defined PyTorch LLMs.
- Dialog Manager:Allows chat logs to be saved for easy follow-up.

- Aspect Ratio Tool:Simplifies aspect ratio selection for image generation.
- Additional fixes:Improved installer by adding VC++ redistributable installer, dynamic port settings and exception handlers.
