USAStartupsBlack Forest Laboratory(BlackForestLabs) launched on August 1 AI Literature Graph Model FLUX.1The model is said to excel in "latent diffusion, stable diffusion and adversarial diffusion distillation" and can instantly generate various images based on user prompts.
The official compared the model with other friendly products, and the results showed that the Elo score of the series of models (Note: The Elo score system is a scoring method widely used in competitive games such as chess, mainly used to calculate the strength level of opponents in the game) "surpassed" competing products such as Stable Diffusion 3 Ultra, Ideogram, Midjourney 6.0, and DALL・E 3.
It is learned that FLUX.1 currently provides three versions to meet the needs of different users (click here to visit the project address). Users can try these models on different platforms and explore their performance in practical applications. The three models are as follows:
- FLUX.1 pro:This model is positioned as a commercial version, supporting enterprise customized solutions, emphasizing high-precision prompt compliance, excellent visual quality, rich image details and diverse output formats.
- FLUX.1 dev:This model is positioned as a scientific research (open source) version, mainly for non-commercial use, with open weights, suitable for researchers and developers.
- FLUX.1 schnell:This is a "small model", a streamlined version based on FLUX.1, suitable for local development and personal use, and uses Apache 2.0 authorization.
Officials said that all versions of the model support the generation of images of different scales, and can generate up to 2 million pixels of images. Although FLUX.1 currently only supports the generation of images through prompt words, the official mentioned that they plan to expand the model in the future so that the model can generate video clips through prompt words.
