Placer AI was valued at $1 billion in its previously completed $100 million Series C round of financing. This round of financing not only demonstrated the huge value of location data in business, but also reflected people's increased awareness of data protection.

Noam Ben-Zvi, CEO and co-founder of Placer, said in an interview:The company surpassed the $100 million annual revenue run rate in February, having grown $801T last year and expecting to grow another $601T this year.It also surpassed 4,300 clients (up from 1,000 when it raised $100 million in 2022). The list includes companies like Sony, various urban development organizations, Wegmans, and Century21.

Since its founding in 2018, Placer AI has weathered the COVID-19 pandemic. During this extremely challenging period, the company’s data provided clients with deep insights into market dynamics, helping them scale their businesses as the world gradually “restarts.” Today, Placer AI’s annual revenue has exceeded $100 million, and the number of customers has increased from 1,000 in 2022 to more than 4,300, including well-known companies such as Sony and Century 21.
