From the document.Guangdong Province plans to reach 40EFLOPS of arithmetic power in the province by 2025, and the scale of AI core industry will exceed 300 billion yuan.By 2027, the province's AI industrial base will be further consolidated, the arithmetic scale will exceed 60EFLOPS, and a national leading algorithm system and arithmetic network system will be basically formed.
Specifically, the document mentions that Guangdong Province will establish an AI chip ecosystem and create an intelligent perception industry system. In 2027, the initial completion of the "AI chip ecosystem", to achieve "high-end intelligent sensor industry scale multiplication".
In terms of AI software, the document mentions that the relevant departments will encourage enterprises to develop engine framework tools and intelligent operating systems, as well as launch independently controllable large model products, strengthen the adaptability of AI hardware and software, and, by 2027.Intelligent software industry scale reached 27 billion yuan, AI independent software coverage reached 50%.
Relevant documents also proposed to "build high-quality Chinese datasets", the relevant departments will also join hands with enterprises to accelerate the supply of algorithmic products, build a large model open source community, encourage enterprises to build industry-oriented high-quality Chinese corpus databases, and promote the collection, sharing and use of typical industry data.More than 50 high-quality industry datasets by 2027.
