FirefoxDevelopment Company Mozilla Launched AI tools Fakespot Chat, which is designed to help online shoppers detect fake reviews.
It is reported that,Fakespot , a startup that uses AI and machine learning to identify fake and deceptive product reviews, was acquired by Mozilla earlier this year.
Fakespot Chat uses AI and machine learning to filter product reviews, distinguishing between real and fake ones, and answering users’ questions. Users can use the feature through Fakespot Analyzer or in Fakespot’s browser extension.
Mozilla said their goal is to reduce users' product research time through Fakespot Chat and help them make better purchasing decisions.
