free ChatGPT Users now have access to features that were previously only available to paid subscribers, such asGPTs, analyzing charts, asking questions about photos, and other features added through GPT-4o in early May.
Previously, features such as Model and Web Response, Data Analysis, Chart Creation, Visualization, File Uploads, Memory, and GPTs were only available to paid subscribers (ChatGPT Plus, Teams, and Enterprise), but they are now available to anyone who uses ChatGPT.
While free ChatGPT users can discover and use GPTs (previously available only to paid subscribers), they can't create their own GPTs.The customized versions of ChatGPT that we've used before have been varied, ranging from on-demand dictionaries to Ikea shopping guides.Makers of GPTs can also participate in a revenue-sharing program that OpenAI began testing in March.
Access to data analysis and chart creation features allows users to connect OneDrive and Google Drive data to ChatGPT for faster analysis and custom charts.
However, paid users still have another advantage:fewer message limits. When a free user reaches the message or dialog limit for using GPT-4o, the system will automatically switch back to GPT-3.5.
The controversial Sky sound is not available to users regardless of which level they are using; OpenAI has pulled this sound, although its other sounds are still available on ChatGPT.
